We absolutely love to help with small jobs! Big, medium, small, our Rabbits will help with it all.

We absolutely provide labor only! In fact, customers rave all the time about how fast and efficient we can load or unload their items!

Any and all tips given to our movers are greatly appreciated, but of course not required. In the moving industry, we heavily consider a client’s ‘tip amount’ to be a valid reflection of the level of service provided by our crew. Suggested standard tipping per mover/packer is $10 per hour.

For large moves, we would require an in-person estimate at your home, or if you are not local, we would require a virtual video to visually see every item being moved. For smaller jobs, we would require a very thorough inventory list of items being moved so we can give you an estimate over the phone or email. For either, you can fill out the form on our website to be contacted, or you can give us a call at 123-234-1234 to schedule an appointment, or to discuss your upcoming move!
If your dresser is small or lightweight, typically 200 lbs or under, you can leave clothes in the dresser drawers. We just ask that you take any breakables or valuables out. We prepare all furniture by professionally padding and wrapping each top to bottom, front to back. If your dressers have granite or marble tops, then we will ask you to remove any contents. Always empty out your drawers for any furniture with thin/weak legs that cannot sustain the weight of filled drawers by itself.

Ready to Book Your Move?

To book with us, we do require a deposit up front, but it is 100% refundable up to 48 hours prior to your move. We typically take that deposit over the phone with a debit or credit card, so we can assure your job gets put on our schedule. For out-of-state moves, the deposit is 20% of your total move, and for local moves, the deposit is the first hour of each day booked and of course will be taken off your total at the end of your move.
We accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Venmo, or Check. Credit or Debit transactions will be charged 3% to account for fees at the end of the job, but not on the deposit. Checks can be made out to Swamp Rabbit Moving.

Yes, it would be our pleasure to provide packing materials upon request! We even provide packing services if you would like us to assist with packing your belongings. We also provide moving blankets, stretch wrap, hand trucks, appliance equipment, dollies, shoulder straps, and tools — as part of our labor service included within our hourly rate.

While we do move baby grand pianos, grandfather clocks, upright pianos, and gun safes (with additional charges), we do not move any items buildings such as sheds, and we do not move any items over 1000 lbs. The following items we can move if broken down already, but we do NOT reassemble or calibrate them, those items include: pool tables, grand pianos, saunas, large swing sets, and trampolines.
We don’t know. It depends on how much we are moving, how far you are moving, how much you do in preparation prior to your move, if there are stairs, an elevator, or a long walk, etc. There are a lot of components to your move. We can do as much, or as little as you would like; just give us a call at 123-234-1234, or you can fill out the form on our website for us to contact you and it would be our pleasure to provide you with an estimate for your upcoming move!
